Wallace Bayor is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of experience in Ghana’s
banking and microfinance sectors, bringing deep expertise in financial inclusion, credit strategy,
and operational leadership. He holds a Master of Commerce (MCom) in Banking and Finance and has
served at executive level as Managing Director of a microfinance institution, as well as at
senior leadership level as Head of Business for a licensed savings and loans institution.
As the Founder of BayLAC Capital Microcredit, Wallace is driven by a clear mission: to expand access
to responsible, group-based lending solutions for underserved individuals and small businesses
across Ghana. His leadership combines strong risk management discipline with a practical
understanding of grassroots lending models, enabling the delivery of sustainable financial
solutions to traders, farmers, and micro-entrepreneurs.
With a proven track record of building and restructuring financial institutions, Wallace is committed
to leveraging innovation, disciplined execution, and inclusive finance principles to position BayLAC
